Preventative Maintenance Program – Routine maintenance is vital to protecting the lifespan of your A/C system and maximizing its performance. Preventative maintenance can identify potential issues before they become major problems. We offer residential and commercial Preventative Maintenance Programs.

RESIDENTIAL PMA PRICING:

  • Unit – 1yr-$269, 3yr-$479, 5yr-$679
  • Units – 1yr-$538, 3yr-$769, 5yr-$1,078
  • Units – 1yr-$928, 3yr-$769, 5yr-$1,47

THE PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE INCLUDES:

Two Maintenance Service check-up’s a year scheduled 6 months apart No trip charge 20% off parts no longer covered by manufacturer’s warranty 20% off labor when repair is needed 10% off new equipment purchases Free 60 day labor warranty on all repairs Minimum 60 day warranty on all parts (excludes compressors being replaced on units 8 years or older)

AC OR HEAT PUMP

  •  Evaluate air flow circulation

$450 for first unit, $350 for each additional unit at the same location. Billed quarterly
